Executive Board

The executive board is elected by the PTG membership in May for the next academic year. You can contact the entire board by emailing board [at] sges-ptg [dot] org. The officers for 2011-12 are:

Amy Marr, Chair

This is Amy's second year on the board, having served last year as vice-chair.  She is currently a stay-at-home mom with two daughters, a second grader at SGES and a preschooler at Grafton Center Preschool.  In her spare time, Amy sings with an area chorus, is director of family ministries at her church, coaches and plays softball, reads, and knits.  She can be reached at chair [at] sges-ptg [dot] org.

Angie Boris, Vice-Chair

This is Angie’s first year on the board.  She is currently a stay-at-home mom with two sons, a third grader at GES and a kindergartener at SGES. She is also a full-time student at UMASS Amherst, University Without Walls.  Angie enjoys football season, watching her boys play sports, reading, writing, movies and all other forms of complete distraction from studying.  She can be reached at vice-chair [at] sges-ptg [dot] org.

Kristin (Kris) Altavilla, Treasurer

This is Kris’s second year on the SGES PTG Board. She served as Assistant Treasurer last year & is back this year as Treasurer. Kris and her husband Joe have one child, Sam, who is currently a second grader here at SGES. She is a stay-at-home mom, who enjoys cooking, reading, spending time with her family & has recently been reacquainting herself with the game of golf. Candice Lefebvre, Assistant Treasurer

This is Candice’s first year on the board, serving as assistant treasurer. She works as a physical therapist and is mom to three children. Her oldest is a first grader at SGES, her next is in preschool at Grafton Center Playschool and her youngest has recently learned to crawl and keeps her on her toes. Candice also serves on the board for Grafton Center Playschool. She enjoys running, gardening and playing tennis. She can be reached at treasurer [at] sges-ptg [dot] org.

Heather McCue, Secretary

This is Heather’s fifth year on the Board. She has served as Asst. Treasurer, two years as Treasurer, Asst. Secretary and her current position as Secretary. She is a CPA working from home which gives her the opportunity to be full-time mom to her two sons, a second grader at SGES and a fourth grader at GES.  In addition to the SGES Board, Heather is also the Treasurer for the Grafton Little League as well as a member of the Town of Grafton’s Finance Committee. Erin Dorazio, Assistant Secretary

This is Erin’s first year on the board, serving as assistant secretary. She is a former 1st grade teacher and currently a stay-at-home mom. Erin has two children, a daughter in first grade at SGES and a son in preschool at Grafton Center Playschool. Erin serves as the President of the Parent Board for Grafton Center Playschool and is involved in many activities and committees there and at SGES.
